TL;DR

Sr. Account Director (Healthcare): Working with clients in the Healthcare division to drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid, owned and earned channels with an accent on strategic planning, client consulting, and team leadership. Focus on developing comprehensive marketing strategies, optimizing cross-channel performance, and ensuring client retention and revenue growth.

Location: Remote, in-office, or hybrid for anyone legally eligible to work in the United States. US work authorization required.

What you will do

  • Establish strong client relationships through monthly check-ins, performance reviews, feedback, and opportunity identification.
  • Lead cross-functional account teams in comprehensive marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels, including media planning and testing roadmaps.
  • Drive client performance to meet or exceed goals, leveraging data analytics for insights and actionable reporting.
  • Coach and develop Account Managers and team leads, providing feedback to connect marketing to business outcomes.
  • Manage client portfolio, retention, service expansions, and contract renewals.
  • Support department initiatives like recruitment, training, and focus area optimization; employ AI technologies for business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline
  • 10+ years cross-channel digital marketing experience, including strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration, and client services, ideally in a digital or media agency
  • Proven track record of high customer satisfaction via NPS or similar metrics
  • Strong understanding of paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads), SEO, Analytics, and Creative workflows
  • Experience with business metrics (LTV:CAC, ROAS), goal setting, and multi-channel campaign leadership
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to build executive relationships; self-starter thriving in fast-paced environment
