What you will do

• Plan and execute 12-month multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SEO, social media, and PR.
• Drive lead generation initiatives to contribute significantly to delegate revenue.
• Build and manage event microsites using CMS tools and coordinate creative asset production.
• Provide on-site support for live events, including registration, attendee check-in, and real-time communications.
• Analyze audience engagement and produce detailed post-event performance reports.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in events or media.
• Must be based in New York to support the 50% hybrid working model.
• Proficiency in data segmentation, SEO, and copywriting.
• Strong skills in Google Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Duet AI.
