What you will do
- Act as the senior point of contact for a portfolio of clients, interfacing directly with executive leadership.
- Partner with clients to understand business goals and translate them into effective digital media strategies.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of up to 15 Managers and Analysts.
- Oversee sophisticated media planning, partner negotiations, and campaign design.
- Manage ad operations including pixel strategy, tag management, and campaign QA.
- Drive analytical approaches to measure marketing impact and optimize campaign performance.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, marketing strategy, or account management.
- Proven track record of leading and developing cross-functional teams.
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and advanced analytical approaches.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and executive-level relationship building skills.
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
