What you will do

• Manage a diverse portfolio of Healthcare clients, focusing on high retention and MRR growth.
• Lead cross-functional account teams to develop and execute comprehensive integrated marketing strategies.
• Establish strong relationships with client decision-makers through strategic monthly performance reviews.
• Leverage first-party data tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio to identify growth opportunities.
• Coach and develop Account Managers to improve storytelling, executive presence, and business acumen.
• Support department initiatives including recruitment, staffing, and product quality optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of cross-channel digital marketing experience, ideally within a media agency.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with working knowledge of SEO and Analytics.
• Proven ability to manage business-level metrics such as LTV:CAC and ROAS.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Must be based in Mexico.

• Previous experience specifically within the Healthcare sector.
