Customer Success Manager - fully remote in Denmark


🌐 ABOUT US:
Confect is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform that helps eCommerce brands and agencies turn their product feeds into high-performing catalog ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. We're the tool for brands that take their product advertising seriously, and we're scaling fast with many big international clients.




🌟 THE ROLE:
As a Customer Success Manager, you're the engine behind our customers' long-term results. You'll work proactively with our existing customer base of ambitious eCommerce companies: reaching out, building relationships, driving feature adoption, spotting expansion opportunities, and making sure every customer is actually getting value from the platform.

This isn't a passive, ticket-handling role. You'll own a high volume of accounts and take the lead on keeping customers engaged, growing, and getting real results from their catalog ads. You'll also own expansion revenue, so when a customer is thriving, you make sure they're on the right plan.




YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
* Proactive Outreach: Reach out to existing customers using health scores and usage data to prioritize who needs attention. Don't wait for them to come to you.


* Expansion: Identify accounts that are getting strong value but sitting on a plan that's too small. Push for upgrades and own that revenue number.


* Post-Trial Handover: Pick up new customers after they convert from their free trial, make sure they're set up for success, and guide their first weeks on the platform.


* Customer Calls: Run regular check-ins and strategy sessions with key accounts. Speak their language on Meta Ads, ROAS, and catalog ad performance.


* Guide & Educate: Share best practices, walk customers through tactics, and help them connect Confect to their actual business goals.


* Build & Improve: We have a CS framework in progress, but this role is early. You'll help shape how proactive success works at Confect, not just follow a script.






🌟 ABOUT YOU:
* CS Experience: 1-3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Consultant, or a similar client-facing role in a SaaS or marketing environment.


* Digital Marketing Knowledge: You understand Meta Ads, Google Ads, or eCommerce marketing. When a customer talks about catalog ads or retargeting, you know what they mean.


* Hunter + Relationship Builder: You're not afraid to send the outreach and follow up three times. But once you're in the meeting, you're consultative, warm, and focused on their success.


* Technically Curious: You don't need to code, but you're comfortable learning how XML product feeds, ad platforms, and Meta's Commerce Manager work under the hood.


* High-Volume Comfortable: You're not fazed by a full book of accounts. You stay organized and keep momentum.


* Clear Communicator: Strong written and verbal English. Danish is a nice bonus but not required.


* Startup-Ready: You thrive in fast-moving environments where not everything is pre-built. You figure things out, take ownership, and move without being told.



MOST IMPORTANTLY:

You care about whether your customers actually succeed, not just whether the box got checked. If you get energy from helping eCommerce brands grow their advertising performance, and you want to be closer to revenue than to support, this is the role for you.
