What you will do
- Serve as trusted technical advisor, building relationships and aligning solutions to customer business outcomes across the lifecycle.
- Lead discovery sessions, design scalable solutions, and deliver demos, proof-of-concepts, and tailored trials.
- Provide technical support for sales, RFPs, security assessments, and procurement processes.
- Collaborate on implementation, advanced configurations, integrations, and documentation for smooth onboarding.
- Monitor usage metrics, support renewals and expansions with ROI demonstrations, and advocate for customer needs internally.
- Enable sales and success teams with training, share field insights with product and engineering, and maintain reusable solution assets.
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, etc.) in B2B SaaS or cloud environments.
- Strong technical background in SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, integrations, APIs, and proof-of-concept delivery; iPaaS experience highly regarded.
- Experience across sales and adoption cycles: discovery, demos, solution design, POCs.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and optimized workflows.
- Excellent communication, consultative, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Cross-functional collaboration track record; problem-solving, detail-oriented, customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), analytics tools, demo platforms (Zoom, WebEx).
