Location: Based in Atlanta, GA office

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 USD

What you will do

• Identify and assess investment opportunities across c. 50 Latam issuers.
• Build financial models to forecast earnings, cash flows, and capital needs under scenarios.
• Incorporate macro conditions, industry trends, ESG, capital structures, and recovery analysis.
• Review covenants, assign internal ratings, and participate in credit committees.
• Strategize with portfolio managers on positioning to maximize risk-adjusted returns.
• Contribute to client marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; minimum 7 years in credit analysis (buy-side or sell-side)
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Diligent with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
• Bloomberg knowledge; software skills (VBA, SQL, Python preferred).
• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot ethically.

Nice to have

• Spanish and Portuguese fluency.
• CFA certification.
• Latin American credit research experience.
