Salary: $140,000 - $230,000

What you will do

  • Structure and analyze corporate lending transactions specifically within the Energy Transition space.
  • Produce independent, high-quality credit risk assessments and prepare comprehensive credit reports.
  • Conduct detailed market, business, and financial analysis, including sensitivity analysis projections.
  • Perform comparative analysis of clients and prospects to evaluate the competitive industry landscape.
  • Manage all aspects of the credit product, including documentation, negotiation, and ongoing maintenance of corporate clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with extensive background in Corporate Lending transactions.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis; the company is unable to sponsor employment visas.
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 15%.
