Location: Must be resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. WA residents within driving distance of Tukwila requested to attend HQ Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

Salary: $117,200–$143,200

What you will do

• Partner with Marketing, Digital, and Member Experience leaders as trusted advisor delivering financial insights for strategic decisions.
• Develop ROI analyses, NPV models, scenario modeling, and executive recommendations for investments and operational tradeoffs.
• Analyze staffing efficiency, productivity metrics, and delivery economics to optimize performance.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and monthly reporting with variance analysis across portfolios.
• Translate complex data into compelling executive narratives and presentations.
• Improve finance processes and drive cross-functional collaboration for consistency and alignment.

Requirements

• Resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years as finance business partner or analyst with GAAP knowledge and advanced financial modeling skills.
• Experience conceptualizing, planning, organizing multiple priorities, and developing management presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in enterprise financial planning/reporting tools.
• Process improvement experience.

• Master’s degree in Business.

• Experience supporting Marketing, Digital, Product, Member Experience, or Operations.
• SQL or BI tool experience.
