What you will do

• Own growth strategy across a book of DTC business, scaling Meta spend efficiently at volume.
• Lead full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok, prioritizing margin protection.
• Diagnose and fix performance issues at creative, audience, offer, landing page, or checkout levels.
• Lead creative strategy with the team, defining winning concepts proactively.
• Manage senior client relationships, defending scaling decisions with data.
• Develop junior analysts and strategists into independent operators.

Requirements

• Demonstrable track record scaling Meta accounts beyond $100k/day, explaining how it was done and fixed.
• 6–10 years in paid digital advertising, managing large Meta budgets for DTC e-commerce brands.
• Deep understanding of Meta's algorithm: creative fatigue, cost control, audience saturation, CPM dynamics, campaign architecture.
• Analytically rigorous, decisive, fast-moving with accountability for outcomes.
• Clear, direct communicator with clients, leadership, and team.
