What you will do

• Own the full renewal process from outreach to contract execution, ensuring on-time renewals and minimizing churn.
• Lead commercial negotiations, develop pricing proposals, and overcome objections for win-win agreements.
• Drive customer engagement using data insights to demonstrate value and align with their goals.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by uncovering needs for additional seats or products.
• Manage renewal forecasting and pipeline in Salesforce, tracking progress, risks, and deal velocity.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations teams to accelerate renewals and refine processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years in renewals, account management, customer success, or sales in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record managing and negotiating contracts with high renewal/expansion success.
• Experience with Salesforce and hirify.global for opportunity management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and business acumen.
• Highly organized to handle high-volume accounts in a fast-paced environment.
