What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new target accounts in assigned ICP segments like Metals, Paper, and Flexible Packaging
  • Conduct structured discovery using MEDDPICC framework and qualify SQLs based on strategic fit
  • Run value workshops with Solution Engineering to quantify financial impact and build business cases
  • Sell standardised SaaS solutions on subscription model, focusing on scalability and long-term relationships
  • Maintain CRM discipline, forecast accuracy, and manage conversion ratios using dashboards

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Several years selling complex B2B software, ideally in manufacturing, supply chain, or production
  • Proven new business acquisition (new logos) and SaaS/subscription sales experience
  • Strong business acumen for discussing margin, throughput, ROI
  • Experience with structured sales frameworks (MEDDPICC preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high ownership
