Location: Poland or Germany (Remote, Hybrid, or On-site)

Compensation: €30K - €36K

What you will do

  • Close qualified leads and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Consult with B2B clients across Europe to translate their brand vision into custom signage solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with major brands and agencies to drive repeat business.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and reporting accurately within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal design and production teams to ensure correct client expectations.
  • Continuously refine sales techniques through training and coaching.

Requirements

  • Native-level German is a non-negotiable requirement.
  • Must be based in Poland or Germany.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a passion for selling.
  • Good English proficiency for internal communication.
  • Strong empathy and communication skills to handle complex, non-transactional sales.
  • Hunter mindset and high level of discipline in pipeline management.
