What you will do

• Own the creative strategy engine for paid social channels, specifically Meta and TikTok.
• Develop ad concepts and creative roadmaps to drive efficient growth and lower CPA.
• Lead weekly and quarterly creative testing by translating performance data into insight-driven briefs.
• Collaborate with Design, Video, Copy, and Influencer teams to ship and scale winning creative assets.
• Manage creative reporting and conduct macro analyses to identify broader growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of direct experience as a growth marketing manager or creative strategist.
• Hands-on experience owning creative strategy tied to paid growth outcomes in a startup or agency.
• Strong creative instincts for social-first content and a deep understanding of current trends.
• Ability to interpret performance metrics and utilize dashboards (e.g., Motion).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
