TL;DR

Senior Client Success Account Manager (Marketing): Driving revenue growth and client impact across a portfolio of clients with an accent on cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 plus a discretionary performance bonus

What you will do

  • Partner with Delivery Leadership and Client Partner Leads to validate and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Own the end-to-end creation of cross-sell pitches, coordinating between client teams and internal subject matter experts.
  • Build pricing scenarios, SOWs, and staffing plans for client expansion opportunities in collaboration with Finance and Resource Management.
  • Execute account planning and whitespace mapping to identify potential service expansions within the client portfolio.
  • Manage the end-to-end processing for renewals and expansions, maintaining data integrity in Salesforce.
  • Lead cross-functional scenario planning to engineer renewal structures that balance client satisfaction with profitability.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in Client Success, Revenue Enablement, or a related field.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Proven experience in supporting internal teams and enabling leadership to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in account planning and whitespace mapping to drive strategic expansion.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to run data-driven financial scenarios for deal building.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
