What you will do

• Craft and implement comprehensive affiliate strategies and tactical plans tailored to client objectives.
• Oversee full-scope program management, including recruitment, activation, optimization, compliance, and reporting.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify growth opportunities and resolve performance issues.
• Manage and optimize relationships with a diverse portfolio of publishers and partners.
• Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for clients, leading weekly calls and communications.
• Develop long-term affiliate marketing visions to ensure sustainable brand growth and visibility.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in online marketing or e-commerce with significant affiliate expertise.
• Deep knowledge of major networks such as Impact Radius, Rakuten Marketing, and Commission Junction.
• Proven track record in affiliate recruitment, fraud management, and budget administration.
• Demonstrated success using analytics tools and data to drive marketing decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in the USA.
