Salary: $81,000–$103,000 Annual

What you will do

• Support supplier selection strategies, including identification, evaluation, and selection.
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, and perform detailed bid and cost analysis.
• Develop and monitor KPI dashboards to track supplier performance.
• Facilitate contract reviews and implement them into the contract management system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, and Quality.
• Build and foster relationships with external Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing.
• Proficiency in business intelligence (BI) tools and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with sourcing and procurement procedures and technologies.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Bridgewater, NJ office (Hybrid).
