What you will do

• Lead executive client touchpoints to frame ambitions and develop multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Act as a senior channel strategist for large clients, handling competitive planning and risk reduction.
• Champion YouTube as a holistic discovery engine, integrating it with Search, Social, TV, and Audio.
• Utilize AI to automate campaign management and improve strategy work speed and quality.
• Align YouTube tools with elite measurement frameworks like Brand Lift and MMM to build high-conviction investment cases.
• Collaborate with Google and internal Product teams to co-create first-to-market automation solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-level YouTube programs.
• Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads and DV360.
• Advanced mastery of YouTube measurement suites (Brand Lift, Search Lift, Conversion Lift, Geo-Experiments, MMM).
• Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead partnership initiatives with Google.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Skilled in using AI-driven resources for optimization and automation.
