What you will do
- Manage and optimise programmatic video, CTV, and online video campaigns via DSP platforms like DV360 or The Trade Desk, including daily performance monitoring, bid adjustments, and budget pacing.
- Handle CTV inventory across streaming publishers like Netflix, Disney+, DAZN and manage paid social video campaigns on Meta, YouTube, TikTok.
- Implement tracking, maintain campaign naming conventions, and develop data-informed media plans with performance forecasts and recommendations.
- Build performance reports and translate data into actionable insights.
- Identify repetitive tasks and implement AI automations using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, or Zapier.
- Contribute to AI-powered media infrastructure such as briefing templates, automated reporting, and data-driven optimisation.
Requirements
- Good English required; German is a plus
- 2–3 years of experience in digital media management focused on programmatic video, CTV, and/or online video.
- Hands-on experience with at least one DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk or equivalent) and working knowledge of Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
- Understanding of video inventory, auction mechanics, CTV characteristics, publisher deals, frequency capping, and viewability.
- Comfortable with video and media KPIs (CPM, Reach, Frequency, Brand Lift, CTR, CPV, CPA).
- Curiosity about AI and automation tools; structured, self-driven working style.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools in daily work (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
- Familiarity with reporting or BI tools (Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Experience with paid social video (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
- Basic knowledge of ad server systems.
- Exposure to publisher deal management (PMP, direct deals).
