What you will do

  • Collaborate with specialists, planning, marketing sciences, and account teams to develop and execute programmatic strategies
  • Create, onboard, and manage campaigns in self-serve DSPs across mobile, display, video, CTV, DOOH, and audio channels
  • Identify audience and data partners, curate and negotiate media inventory with vendors
  • Lead client communications as programmatic expert, monitor pacing, deliverables, and account health
  • Integrate reporting APIs, monitor KPIs, deliver weekly insights and analysis
  • Handle operations like trafficking, pixel creation, A/B tests, and utilize Nova ecosystem and AI tools

Requirements

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
  • In-depth hands-on experience with programmatic platforms, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges
  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret metrics, optimize campaigns, and drive decisions
  • Understanding of digital marketing across mobile, display, video, OTT, CTV, audio
  • Knowledge of ad creative best practices, audience targeting techniques in DSPs
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational skills, attention to detail
  • Familiarity with ad tech tools, ad servers, verification, trafficking systems
