What you will do
- Own newsletter strategy and execution using performance insights, market trends, and campaign learnings.
- Build founder-led LinkedIn growth with written, video, and thought leadership content.
- Launch and optimize outbound pipeline using Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email sequencing.
- Analyze trends across Meta, TikTok, GA4, and ecommerce tools to power content and outreach.
- Own GTM experimentation: test messaging, channels, offers, and double down on what works.
- Drive SQL growth through qualified sales conversations.
Requirements
- 4–6 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or related fields.
- Experience building channels, newsletters, outbound motions, or growth systems from scratch.
- Strong writing skills with clear communication and point of view.
- Understanding of paid media, creative performance, funnels, and conversion metrics.
- Comfortable with tools like Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GA4, Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven track record generating pipeline or growth outcomes; Fluent written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Agency experience or working across multiple brands/accounts.
- Running newsletters or building audiences.
- Familiarity with ecommerce/DTC growth.
- Creating founder-led content or personal brand strategies.
- Experience with AI tools for research, workflow, or content.
