What you will do

• Manage and grow social media accounts for both the company and the CEO.
• Develop and execute content strategies across LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
• Monitor and actively engage with the B2B tech community to foster conversations.
• Write compelling copy and translate complex technical concepts into engaging B2B content.
• Track social media metrics, generate performance reports, and optimize strategies.
• Support digital marketing initiatives in HubSpot, including workflows, email campaigns, and dashboards.

Requirements

• Experience in Social Media/Community Management, preferably in B2B tech or the US market.
• Proven track record of managing the social media presence of a CEO or high-level executive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Experience creating content strategies and managing paid LinkedIn media campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting social media growth and engagement metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with paid media campaigns across various digital platforms.
