TL;DR

What you will do

  • Recruit high-quality publishers and optimize top partners to drive client revenue growth.
  • Manage day-to-day communications, negotiations, and optimizations for paid placements.
  • Join client calls to pitch opportunities, share strategic insights, and track progress to goals.
  • Create and execute partner recruitment and paid placement strategies aligned with client KPIs.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key publishers as an extension of client teams.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities, pivot strategies, and ensure healthy ROI.

Requirements

  • Reside in US or Mexico; fluent in Portuguese (Spanish accepted); valid passport for international travel.
  • 4+ years in business development, account management, or sales with enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record in performance/affiliate marketing, reaching/exceeding goals.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication for client presentations and stakeholder influence.
  • Comfortable in remote environment across time zones; self-starter with growth mindset.

Nice to have

  • Network of affiliate relationships in Brazil/LATAM market.
  • Knowledge of Brazilian digital market.
  • Experience with tools like APVision and SimilarWeb.
  • Work from home and corporate office experience.
