What you will do
- Recruit high-quality publishers and optimize top partners to drive client revenue growth.
- Manage day-to-day communications, negotiations, and optimizations for paid placements.
- Join client calls to pitch opportunities, share strategic insights, and track progress to goals.
- Create and execute partner recruitment and paid placement strategies aligned with client KPIs.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key publishers as an extension of client teams.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities, pivot strategies, and ensure healthy ROI.
Requirements
- Reside in US or Mexico; fluent in Portuguese (Spanish accepted); valid passport for international travel.
- 4+ years in business development, account management, or sales with enterprise clients.
- Proven track record in performance/affiliate marketing, reaching/exceeding goals.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent verbal/written communication for client presentations and stakeholder influence.
- Comfortable in remote environment across time zones; self-starter with growth mindset.
