What you will do
- Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage account projects end-to-end, including scheduling, preparing presentations, and coordinating communication between internal teams and clients.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities, preparing insight-driven reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with channel teams (SEM, SEO, Social, Display) to ensure client solutions align with overall business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and progress updates.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with multiple digital platforms and Google Analytics.
- Proven success in using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across multiple clients and internal initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.
