Retail Media Senior Associate (eCommerce): Support client onboardings from contract execution through go-live, including technical setup of platform features, temporary campaign management, and training sessions. Focus on retail media best practices across Search, DSP, AMC, ensuring foundational configurations, automation, and client operational knowledge.

Location: Mexico City, Mexico (fully remote initially, transitioning to hybrid schedule of three days per week in-office once office is established). Seeking Mexico City–based candidates.

What you will do

• Run core onboarding components including account setup, temporary hands-on campaign execution for organization, tagging, rules, dayparting, budget pacing, and reporting.
• Apply expertise in Retail Search, DSP, and AMC to deliver best-in-class setups during client onboarding.
• Conduct tailored training sessions on platform setup, optimization strategies, and performance tracking.
• Escalate and resolve cross-functional blockers, handle client escalations with clear stakeholder updates.
• Identify AI-enabled workflow opportunities, contribute to playbooks, templates, and process improvements.
• Provide feedback to product team on onboarding friction points.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in eCommerce account management, strategy, consulting, sales, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record delivering consistent client results.
• Working knowledge of retail media best practices (Search, DSP, AMC) and intersections with sales/operations.
• Strong command of digital advertising KPIs and data storytelling.
• Skilled in analyzing complex datasets for actionable insights.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and presentation skills; thrive in dynamic environments.
