What you will do

• Maintain expert knowledge of disease states, products, customers, orphan/rare drug market, and competitive landscape.
• Develop, lead, and execute sales plans to achieve growth targets in rare disease market.
• Build relationships with thought leaders and HCPs, allocating time and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners like Market Access and Patient Support for shared objectives.
• Analyze data to inform strategic planning and exceed territory results.
• Perform all business compliantly with high ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years biotech/pharma product promotion experience.
• Proven track record launching biotech/pharma products and exceeding goals.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and communication abilities.
• Experience in specialty/rare-orphan diseases, pulmonary/infectious disease preferred.
• Portfolio selling and patient support models experience preferred.
• High learning agility and scientific acumen.
