Pharmacy Systems Sales Specialist

TL;DR

Pharmacy Systems Sales Specialist (Medical): Maintains and grows sales of CAPS services and hirify.global Nutrition products including 503B products, injectables, and compounding disposables with an accent on account management, prospect development, and consultative sales. Focus on coaching sales teams, expanding market opportunities, and positioning products in hospital settings.

Location: Covering Kansas City, Missouri, United States. Remote with 25%+ business travel required. Must be present in-person at customer sites including hospitals and clinics; comply with vendor credentialing, vaccinations (COVID-19, influenza, Hepatitis B), background checks, and drug screening.

Salary: $80K - $90K (Plus Incentive Compensation)

What you will do

• Maintain and grow sales of CAPS 503B products, hirify.global Nutrition, injectables, and Duplex by interacting with customers and developing prospects.
• Direct selling efforts and account management for CAPS locations in assigned territory.
• Motivate and coach hirify.global sales representatives on positioning CAPS and nutrition products.
• Develop expansion opportunities through presentations and consultative sales with customers and sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years relevant Medical Sales experience required.
• 25%+ business travel; valid driver's license and passport required.
• Full working knowledge of business practices; strong understanding of hospital structure, healthcare market, and competitors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
