Program Analyst

TL;DR

Salary: $52,000 - $74,400

What you will do

• Manage program data and conduct detailed analysis to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Produce complex reports while ensuring compliance with contract terms and professional presentation.
• Handle administrative tasks, including field technician activity and performance tracking.
• Facilitate staff meetings, goal setting, and compliance reviews, occasionally functioning as a team lead.
• Define and improve processes to support individual programs or entire business functions.
• Complete special projects and conduct research as applicable.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without the need for employer sponsorship or support.
• Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations (DOT) if applicable.
