What you will do

• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collect and analyze case management data to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and performance metrics to track program progress.
• Recommend and execute process improvements to optimize program operations.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with established case management requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or equivalent education.
• 5 years of case management support in medical, social work, or related fields.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance.
• Must be located in the Southeastern United States.
