What you will do

  • Achieve retail sales plans and manage territory spending budgets including freelance and travel.
  • Build relationships with store teams, conduct coaching/training on products, and execute business reviews.
  • Plan and execute new product launches, in-store events, and promotional activities.
  • Recruit, train, and coach freelance and licensed professionals; ensure service and merchandising compliance.
  • Monitor inventory, visual merchandising, competitive landscape, and provide strategic feedback.
  • Complete administrative reporting and communicate with retailers and ABH teams.

Requirements

  • Experience achieving sales goals in retail territory management.
  • Strong relationship-building, coaching, and training skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, safe reliable vehicle required.
  • Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays; some overnight/air travel.
  • Ability to make data-driven strategic decisions.
