What you will do

• Oversee US e-commerce store performance, customer journey optimization, and digital marketing collaboration.
• Lead retail expansion, store openings, visual merchandising, and in-store experiences.
• Build and manage teams across sales, operations, and support; handle inventory, logistics, and customer service.
• Monitor financial KPIs, ensure compliance, and represent the brand as a sustainability ambassador.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Country Manager or senior leadership in multi-channel operations (online, wholesale, retail) in the USA
• Based in New York
• Fluent in English; degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Retail Management preferred
• Strong strategic mindset, leadership skills, and track record of growth in competitive markets
