What you will do

• Execute training strategies at the point of sale to strengthen product expertise and selling behaviors of retail store associates.
• Provide ongoing coaching and on-the-floor education to drive artistry confidence, service excellence, and store conversion.
• Design and evolve training programs, digital modules, and artistry curriculum in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze business performance and POS opportunities to implement targeted education plans that address performance gaps.
• Facilitate training seminars, advanced artistry sessions, and regional conferences to elevate customer experience.
• Manage administrative aspects of the region, including travel budgets and training material inventory.
