What you will do

  • Achieve retail sales plans and manage territory spending budgets including freelance and travel expenses.
  • Build relationships with store teams, conduct coaching/training on ABH products, and execute business reviews for sales growth.
  • Plan and execute new product launches, in-store events, and promotional activities.
  • Recruit, train, and coach freelance support and licensed professionals while ensuring state board compliance.
  • Merchandise displays, manage inventory concerns, and monitor competitive landscape to adjust strategies.
  • Complete administrative reporting and communicate opportunities/feedback to ABH team.

Requirements

  • Must have valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and safe reliable vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays; some overnight/air travel required.
  • Strong technology skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to make strategic decisions based on sales analysis.
  • Experience building relationships and motivating store personnel.
  • Understanding of retail environments and competitive landscape.
