Salary: $155,000–$201,500 Annual

What you will do
- Establish relationships with Patient Support Services, Field Sales, Channel Management, and Market Access to support patient access.
- Resolve patient-specific access barriers to products as prescribed by HCPs, including travel to offices.
- Educate HCP staff on prior authorizations, appeals, forms, and reauthorization requirements.
- Identify and resolve reimbursement issues compliantly within assigned geography.
- Monitor patient start trends and collaborate on emerging challenges.
- Maintain repository of plan-specific reimbursement criteria and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree + 5+ years in reimbursement, patient access, market access, specialty pharmacy, or account management.
- Experience navigating payer reimbursement, preferably Medicare Part D.
- Experience with specialty products via specialty pharmacy networks and HCP offices.
- Cross-functional collaboration success, patient-centric mindset, emotional intelligence.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills; HIPAA knowledge.
- Highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office.
