What you will do

• Own and grow a portfolio of regional and mid-sized retail pharmacy partnerships to drive claims growth and market share.
• Develop strategic account plans and build trust with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Analyze KPIs to identify growth levers and execute partnership strategies to increase profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with pricing, network operations, and marketing to deliver high-impact partner initiatives.
• Lead contract renewal cycles and negotiations to expand scope and improve economics.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of team playbooks and scaling efforts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with a master’s degree.
• Proven track record of managing complex accounts in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, or marketplace environments.
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate trends into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong executive presence with experience leading strategic business reviews.
• Experience leading contract negotiations focused on long-term value creation.
