What you will do

  • Lead the development and tactical implementation of comprehensive social media strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of junior staff across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Conduct deep-dive social listening research to unearth insights and optimize data pulls.
  • Develop and curate influencer relationship management (IRM) programs within specific patient populations.
  • Communicate paid social planning recommendations and integrate them into the broader PESO structure.
  • Oversee the financial health of projects, including scoping, staffing, and budget reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications/PR.
  • 5+ years of related agency or business experience.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • High familiarity with social listening platforms and third-party management tools.
  • Ability to derive actionable next steps from social platform performance and data.
  • Experience working and communicating within highly regulated environments.
