Salary: $185,600 – $246,600 USD

What you will do

• Develop and lead the annual biopharma engagement plan, including congress strategy, sponsored symposia, and executive events.
• Build and maintain influence maps for KOLs and consortia to define tailored engagement objectives and messaging.
• Translate scientific data, publications, and market insights into compelling B2B narratives and enablement assets.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Medical Affairs, and Product teams to deliver compliant external programs.
• Manage external agencies, budgets, and timelines while monitoring KPIs and program ROI.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, or business (Advanced degree preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in biotech, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical marketing and partnerships.
• Strong oncology experience is required.
• Proven success leading congress strategy and KOL engagement in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Ability to translate complex scientific content into differentiated commercial materials.
