TL;DR

Location: U.S. only (compensation range not applicable outside the U.S., based on geographic location)

Salary: USD 122,570 - USD 176,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Collaborate with account and creative teams to identify client needs and business opportunities.
  • Synthesize large datasets into critical insights to ground strategic recommendations in data.
  • Develop brand strategies, patient/HCP journeys, and multichannel plans.
  • Lead internal and client-facing workshops to achieve strategic goals.
  • Influence and negotiate across teams to drive focused outcomes and innovative work.
  • Establish expertise in pharma trends, audiences, and digital integration.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years in planning/strategic planning in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry; agency experience preferred
  • Deep knowledge of digital channels, CRM, and social media
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills
  • Proven success in multichannel digital strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and influence without positional power
