What you will do

• Lead strategic development and tactical initiatives for a portfolio of business.
• Serve as lead social media counsel to account staff and external clients.
• Identify, secure, and grow organic and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients on social media trends, technology, and pharma marketing objectives.
• Drive internal education, knowledge sharing, and social media adoption across departments.
• Participate in team meetings, create documentation, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on target.
• Build strong client relationships and work cross-functionally with business development, creative, analytics, and other teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus professional experience.
• 10+ years of related industry, consultative, or agency experience; pharmaceutical experience a plus.
• Expertise in digital strategy, media, technology, and social media.
• Strong business development, client relations, strategic, and supervisory skills.
• Proven project management, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills.

• Pharmaceutical industry experience.
