Salary: $6,747.50 - $9,701.42 CAD Monthly

What you will do

  • Provide operational oversight and accountability for all aspects of PMF and SWIFT program activities.
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and accounting functions to support strategic planning.
  • Lead end-to-end program development, encompassing needs analysis, marketing, delivery, and impact evaluation.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal hirify.global units and external stakeholders in the global capital markets industry.
  • Manage student performance and engagement to ensure an exceptional learner experience throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Implement administrative policies and systems to meet operational needs and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of three years of related experience in program management, account management, or professional education.
  • Must be based in or be able to work in Vancouver, Canada.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
  • Proven project management and relationship-building skills.
  • Commitment to enhancing awareness and skills related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in business, education, or a related field.
  • Experience with investment portfolios or working with non-profit organizations.
  • PMI certification.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and learning technology platforms.
