What you will do
- Provide operational oversight and accountability for all aspects of PMF and SWIFT program activities.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and accounting functions to support strategic planning.
- Lead end-to-end program development, encompassing needs analysis, marketing, delivery, and impact evaluation.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal units and external stakeholders in the global capital markets industry.
- Manage student performance and engagement to ensure an exceptional learner experience throughout the program lifecycle.
- Implement administrative policies and systems to meet operational needs and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of three years of related experience in program management, account management, or professional education.
- Must be based in or be able to work in Vancouver, Canada.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
- Proven project management and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to enhancing awareness and skills related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in business, education, or a related field.
- Experience with investment portfolios or working with non-profit organizations.
- PMI certification.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and learning technology platforms.
