What you will do
- Lead the development of the MAC LD patient journey strategy from symptom onset through diagnosis to maximize funnel efficiency.
- Identify value drivers, competitive landscape evolution, and stakeholder prioritization in collaboration with commercial effectiveness and medical affairs.
- Design and execute initiatives to increase clinical suspicion and screening among high-risk patients across various physician settings.
- Develop integrated tools to facilitate patient risk stratification and improve diagnostic efficiency in national and regional lab systems.
- Create high-impact, channel-specific content for HCPs and patients focusing on timely diagnosis and symptom recognition.
- Define KPIs and conduct deep-dive analysis into regional variations and patient flow modeling for forecasting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing.
- At least 4 years of experience in infectious disease, respiratory, or rare disease.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing strategy at the executive level.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret scientific data and prepare high-level executive presentations.
- Must be based in the US (indicated by US-specific benefits and legal requirements).
