Director, B2B Product Marketing (Mental Health): Own B2B product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for mental health companion offerings with an accent on differentiation for employers, health plans, and benefits consultants. Location: Remote in the United States or Hybrid in San Francisco. Candidates must permanently reside in the US full-time. For candidates in the greater SF area, 3 days per week in office.
Salary: $154,000-$200,000 + equity + benefits

What you will do
- Own B2B product positioning, messaging, and packaging for mental health offerings, ensuring clear differentiation
- Craft compelling storytelling and value propositions for buyers, decision-makers, and benefits consultants
- Develop sales assets, enablement tools, launch messaging, and thought leadership in partnership with Commercial teams
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new and existing B2B products from narrative development to full-funnel activation
- Act as thought partner to Product, informing roadmap with customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive insights
- Synthesize field feedback to shape positioning, prioritization, and business strategy across teams
Requirements
- 10+ years B2B product marketing experience, ideally in digital health, telehealth, mental health, or employer benefits
- Experience with complex buying committees, benefits consultants, and broker-influenced sales
- Track record leading product launches, defining product-market fit, and building go-to-market strategies
- Strong influence skills across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation abilities to simplify complexity
- Comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with prioritization and action bias
