Salary: $214,000 - $292,000 Annual

What you will do
- Develop and execute a forward-looking global benefits strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead the design and implementation of health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs across U.S., EMEA, and Japan.
- Optimize benefits processes using technology and data analytics to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Own the global benefits communication strategy to increase employee engagement and understanding of total rewards.
- Oversee financial stewardship, funding strategies, and vendor performance management.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global benefits team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive benefits experience, including global leadership in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Deep expertise in global benefits design, governance, and compliance across U.S., EMEA, and Japan.
- Proven success in driving innovation via digital platforms, data analytics, and automation.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and vendor negotiations.
- Must be based in or be able to work from Bridgewater, NJ for hybrid collaboration.
