Compensation: $18.80 - $28.30 per hour

What you will do

• Perform energy audits for small, less complex commercial buildings.
• Install energy-efficient equipment and verify installations.
• Record inspection results and customer interactions to meet program standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues per client specifications.
• Serve as an on-site representative, encouraging program participation and overcoming barriers.
• Travel within a defined territory using a provided company vehicle.

Requirements

• 0-1 year of relevant industry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Authorization to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship or support.
• Ability to work independently and maintain self-motivation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
