Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year, with potential additional rewards, profit sharing, allowances, travel or car expenses, and sales incentives depending on the role and offer.

What you will do
- Install, commission, service, and repair Liebert cooling equipment through scheduled and emergency field assignments.
- Provide on-site and phone support, communicate equipment issues to National Technical Support, and implement published field change notices.
- Perform site and equipment evaluations, troubleshoot faults, and work toward first-time fixes and full equipment restoration.
- Document maintenance work, close service tickets, and submit accurate time, expense, mileage, and inventory reports.
- Manage customer communication, estimated arrival times, service documentation, billing evaluations, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow safety procedures, maintain required certifications and equipment, and meet response-time and productivity targets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, plus HVAC training, equivalent industry experience with an EPA refrigerant license, or six years of related military experience.
- Basic electrical knowledge, HVAC theory, Ohm’s law, and familiarity with electrical and electronic test equipment.
- Ability to read electrical line diagrams and blueprints and perform basic repairs under direction or independently after training.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, organizational, computer, and mechanical aptitude skills.
- Valid driver’s license, ability to travel, work flexible schedules, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally.
- United States work authorization is required; temporary visa holders and candidates requiring current or future sponsorship are not eligible.
