Director, Business Value Services (BVS) – Tax & Accounting (Tax & Accounting): Driving value-based selling and business case rigor across TAA division with an accent on articulating financial and strategic value of hirify.global solutions. Focus on developing data-driven ROI models, C-level storytelling, and accelerating large complex enterprise deals.

Location: EMEA or United States (Hybrid, 8 days/month)

Compensation: £111,900 - £187,450 GBP (eligible for bonus)

hirify.global is a global software provider building a Business Value Services capability to act as a value-led partner in Tax & Accounting.

What you will do

• Partner with sales on top TAA accounts to shape deal strategy, maximize ACV/TCV, and support value-based pricing.
• Build robust, data-driven business cases quantifying revenue growth, cost optimization, productivity gains, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and deliver C-level narratives on investment rationale, ROI, and strategic impact to CFOs, Heads of Tax/Accounting, and CIOs.
• Accelerate deals by removing barriers, improving win rates, deal velocity, and pipeline conversion.
• Enable sales teams with value-based proposals, ROI models, messaging frameworks, and coaching on value selling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing to align value propositions and provide customer insights.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) and/or enterprise SaaS, FinTech, Tax & Accounting software.
• Proven track record in business case development, value engineering, supporting complex enterprise deals, and C-level engagement.
• Strong understanding of tax/accounting operating models, workflows, financial close processes, audit requirements, and trends like regulatory complexity and automation.
• Financial modeling and ROI expertise tied to productivity gains, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and workflow optimization.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes across finance, tax, accounting, and IT.
• Must be located in EMEA or United States for hybrid work (8 days/month in office).

Nice to have

• Tax & Accounting domain experience from corporate tax departments, Big 4/mid-market accounting firms, or finance organizations.
• Experience with Private Equity firms on portfolio value creation, diligence, or operational improvements.
• Exposure to professional services firms in consulting, audit, tax advisory, or outsourcing.
