What you will do

  • Serve as Identity Security expert, influencing strategy and deal execution in complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Own end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting, qualification, strategy, negotiation, to closing high-value deals.
  • Lead multi-seller plays, coordinating joint account planning and cohesive positioning.
  • Partner with product, SE, and technical teams to shape customer strategies, driving adoption, modernization, and expansion.
  • Build trusted relationships from C-level to operational levels, translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Drive new business, upsell, and cross-sell in existing enterprise accounts within defined market segments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years quota-carrying B2B software sales experience in enterprise/public sector with proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Proven success in identifying, cultivating, and closing high-value deals
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles: identity security, PAM, IAM, Zero Trust, compliance-driven selling
  • Strong customer-centricity, value selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC)
  • Trusted advisor status with excellent presentation/communication skills
  • Organized, efficient, with CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
