Location: Onsite in Thailand (work in-person in the office five days a week)

What you will do
- Manage international sales activities to meet or exceed regional and event targets.
- Maintain senior-level client relationships and identify needs to increase revenue.
- Conduct market research to find new prospects and expand the exhibitor database.
- Develop up-selling plans through sponsorship, advertising, and integrated packages.
- Coordinate with global offices and agents to manage exhibitions and customer service.
- Track customer data and sales contracts using Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a B2B Sales Manager with a track record of hitting targets.
- University diploma, preferably in Business Administration.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure in a target-oriented environment.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
