What you will do

• Lead and manage the global regulatory legal team, providing strategic direction for complex challenges.
• Develop and refine global regulatory legal strategies to ensure compliance with diverse regimes.
• Act as the primary legal liaison with regulatory authorities worldwide.
• Oversee regulatory filings, licenses, and permits across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide expert legal advice on regulatory matters affecting global products and services.
• Coordinate legal responses to regulatory inquiries, investigations, and audits.

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in a leading jurisdiction with significant international regulatory experience.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in regulatory legal roles, preferably within tech, finance, or crypto.
• Proven expertise in managing complex compliance issues and engaging with global regulators.
• Strong knowledge of digital assets, spot and derivatives trading, and payment systems.
• Experience leading high-performing legal teams across multiple regions.
• English: Fluency (C1+) required
