What you will do
- Lead the identification and lifecycle management of Important and Critical Business Services.
- Maintain comprehensive mapping of people, processes, technology, and data to identify single points of failure and concentration risks.
- Define and calibrate Impact Tolerances and Recovery Objectives with measurable metrics.
- Facilitate a cross-functional, multi-layered testing program to validate recovery strategies across global jurisdictions.
- Lead annual business impact analyses (BIA) and risk assessments.
- Prepare high-quality KPIs and presentation materials for Board and Risk Committees.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience running Resilience or Risk programs in the financial industry, preferably in payments or crypto.
- Proven track record of meeting global regulatory requirements such as FCA, MAS, and EU DORA.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and business impact analysis.
- Experience in designing and facilitating readiness tests.
- Ability to translate complex technical resilience gaps into concise reports for senior management and regulators.
- Experience leveraging tooling for centralized data management and dependency mapping.
