What you will do

• Lead the identification and lifecycle management of Important and Critical Business Services.
• Maintain comprehensive mapping of people, processes, technology, and data to identify single points of failure and concentration risks.
• Define and calibrate Impact Tolerances and Recovery Objectives with measurable metrics.
• Facilitate a cross-functional, multi-layered testing program to validate recovery strategies across global jurisdictions.
• Lead annual business impact analyses (BIA) and risk assessments.
• Prepare high-quality KPIs and presentation materials for Board and Risk Committees.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience running Resilience or Risk programs in the financial industry, preferably in payments or crypto.
• Proven track record of meeting global regulatory requirements such as FCA, MAS, and EU DORA.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and business impact analysis.
• Experience in designing and facilitating readiness tests.
• Ability to translate complex technical resilience gaps into concise reports for senior management and regulators.
• Experience leveraging tooling for centralized data management and dependency mapping.
